Web Image: Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.  It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many splendid colors.  Just this side of Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush, green grass.
When beloved pets die, they are carried to this place.  There is always food and water and warm spring weather.  The old and frail animals are young again. Those who are maimed are made whole again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days gone by.
They are happy and content except for one thing… they each miss their special people who loved them on Earth.  So each day they all run and play together, until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up!
The nose twitches.  The ears are up!  The eager body quivers, the bright eyes intent… and this one suddenly runs from the group, flying across the green grass.  You have been seen!
And when you and your special friend meet, you take her in your arms and embrace.  Your face is kissed again and again, your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the eyes are your trusting pet.
And at last, you cross the Rainbow Bridge together…
Never again to be apart.

Drama
Drama was not with the rescue long. She lived most of her life as a stray and then a neighborhood pet. She really did not have people to call her own. Until Alanna fell in love with her. She took in Drama and gave her the best 3 months she had ever know. Drama had cancer and by the time she got to rescue there was nothing we could do but let her live her life out with Alanna. She will be missed and was very loved!

Summer
Rachel Rodenborg has much love for her friends Kevin and Debra Cooper. Summer (the Cooper's) four legged family member crossed the rainbow bridge at the beginning of this year. Summer is missed. Summer touched many people and was deeply love. Summer will live on forever in the hearts of all she met.

Suki
Suki was a sweet girl that had never known love or a home. When she was given love and a home she did not know how to receive it. She ran from everyone that tried. She will be missed but is at piece now. Miss you my amazing girl.

Jack
He was our constant companion for almost 12 years and the best dog I've ever met. Our hearts are so sad. In true Jackman form, he licked our tears to the very end. I will miss that guy more than anyone will ever know. He was a good hunter, a great fishing partner, and a great companion. I would put him up against any other, he really was the BEST DOG EVER! Meet you at the rainbow bridge when its my time buddy!

Sabby
Sabastian went to doggie heaven Saturday. But, do not mourn. He had two days to live when I met him and that was six and a half years ago. My dog, Rocky and he became like brothers and they constantly played together. They could trade bones without fighting and were the smartest dogs in town. People would marvel that I could leave them outside the post office or store and they wouldn't leave that spot. Their only job was to make me laugh every day. And they did!
