Leroy
Leroy

Hello, I just wanted to send a couple pics of Leroy, whom I adopted from your rescue. I don't know if you ever put follow-up stories on your website regarding the dogs that get adopted from you, but I wanted to update you on Leroy, who no one really wanted because he cannot run. He is perfect for and with me! He is doing fantastic!! and I love him so very much!!!! Thank you for bringing him into my life!! And Bless your rescue for all that you do!!! I will never forget the gift I received by adopting from NO DOGS LEFT BEHIND!!!!

Elsa

This is Elsa who we adopted one year ago. She has bonded with both my wife and I. She loves her walks on our country road and truly loves going to the dog park. It gives her 3 acres of woods, field and a pond to play in. She has commandeered a chair by the front window so she can see what is going on in her neighborhood. The short video shows her at the dog park with one of her favorite friends Silas. We couldn't be happier with her, and she adds a lot of joy to our lives.

Einstein

Ed added about 25lbs over the first 6-8 mos we had him, and is now in holding at the vet’s ideal weight and is in perfect health. He’s turned into quite the sweet dog, adored by his older sister(Stella, Bernese Mountain Dog) and us. We still love his punk rock hairdo, dark brown eyes and very unique personality. While he still has way more energy than we do, which we still need to channel into something, he’s adapting well in his forever home. A dna swab suggested he is Wirehaired Griffon, Lab and Australian Shepherd, if you believe those

George

We just wanted to give an update on George, whom we adopted from you back in July 2014. Attached is a "family" picture we took back in September, with his puppy brother Toby (adopted from another agency). Toby is about a year younger than George, and although it took a few months for them to figure out how to play together, they are inseparable now. Toby is more of a wrestler, George is more of a runner, but the two found a style of play that works for them. Where one goes, the other follows, and George loves his little puppy brother. Over the summer, George started to learn how to swim - sometimes going deeper than where he could touch. Water still makes him nervous, but he loves to be in the water (where he can touch). He'll go out deeper if there is a ball and other dogs are going after it. We often find George either picking raspberries off the raspberry bush, or picking apples off the apple tree in our backyard for him and Toby to eat. Whenever we are at the dog park, George is always keeping a watchful eye on Toby, just in case! George also LOVES children, as we have seen him with my three nieces (who are now 8 months old, 3 years old, and 5 years old). We had the two older nieces at the house over Thanksgiving, and George and the 3 year old were inseparable - indoors and outdoors. George has the most patient personality with children, which is great as we are expecting our first child in January.

Sage

Here are a few pictures of our sweet Sage! It's been 5 months and we love her so much and can't imagine life without her!! Thank you for caring for her and helping her find us. She's a true gem.
