Meet Georgie! He is a young basset hound who loves to play! Georgie loves to play fetch and play with his rope toy. Georgie is a very friendly dog and will talk to you when he is excited. He gets along with all dogs, he loves kids and adults, and is dog friendly around cats. Georgie is easily startled with loud sudden noises. He becomes very alert when he hears a loud sound. Georgie doesn't like his kennel. He is kenneled during the day, but it is a fight to get him in there. Once he's in his kennel he barks for awhile but eventually calms down. Georgie sleeps in his foster families bedroom at night. He sleeps on his dog bed and sleeps through the night with no accidents. He is also potty trained and stands at the door when he needs to go outside. Georgie knows how to sit and shake but is still working on taking treats gently. He is also working on leash manners. Georgie will fit in with any family that loves long droopy faces and goofy personalities!

Georgie's adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, neuter, flea and tick preventive,(seasonal) heartworm preventive (seasonal) pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $450.00
