I'm about 1.5 years old and came from North Dakota. I'm a Shepherd mix that loves other dogs,children and get along with cats just fine. I find my foster moms free range chickens a bit too interesting though. I go into my kennel with just a bit of help and once I'm in I settle down I'm just fine. I love to be outside exploring all the sights and smells and don't mind the leash but do tend to lead and not walk beside you. I'm sure I will get better with more practice. I love a good rawhide and my squeaky toys as I sometimes get a bit bored unless I'm snuggling with you on the couch. I get to go outside exploring quite a few times everyday and so I haven't had any accidents, even after being in my kennel all night or being able to sleep on the floor at night. I usually let her know I need to go by going to the front door and waiting. I would do best at home that has a fenced yard as I love to explore my surroundings and love to be outside even if it's chilly out. 
 
 
Katie's adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, dewormed, Distemper vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, rabies vaccination, spay,  prepaid microchip and heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $325.00
