Meet Lela, a 7 month old beagle/shepherd mix. Lela is a sweet girl that gets along with everyone, but she's a puppy and still gets very excited. We are working on making her manners a little more ladylike! She is still learning what "no" means but all she wants to do is make her people happy so she is learning quick!
 
Lela acts much larger than her size and keeps up with her foster brother that is a husky. We recommend that she goes to a home with other dogs because she would love to have someone to keep her company and to help wear out all that puppy energy! Also, given her high energy and curiosity, she'd probably do best in a home with a yard and no small children.  She currently sleeps in her kennel at night, never has accidents in there and is doing better when it comes to whining and going in on her own. When she's all tuckered out for the day, she gives the best snuggles and will curl up right under your chin! 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, spay, prepaid microchip, 4DX (heartworm/tick disease testing), dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $450.00
