Kara  is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She us a daschund/terrier mix. She's about 28 lbs of cuddles and cuteness.  Kara  was pregnant when we took her into rescue. Shortly after going to her foster home she had 7 healthy adorable pups. She was a fantastic mom and now it's time for her to find her furever home. Her favorite activities are cuddling, napping, and chewing on her bones and hoarding all the toys on the couch. She is not a super playful dog, but does enjoy the company of others. She gets along great with her foster brothers and sisters. Not sure about cats because she isn't currently living with one. She's not a runner and comes when called. She can jump right over baby gates, but will listen if you yell her not to. She's will occasionally bark at neighbors or when people come to the door or when she hears different noises in the house. She doesn't really like her kennel and is totally fine being left out of it. She is potty trained for the most part and just has an occasional accident every now and then.  Kara  will do great in any home that will give her attention and love her forever.

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
