Roo Roo is an 8-year-old mixed breed.  He has a unique look and a little snaggletooth.  He was very scared and shy at first, but he has warmed up and is a very sweet boy.  He’s also a calm boy.  He does not really show any interest in toys but he sure like either raw hides or bones from the meat market.  He enjoys his time with his people just laying with them on the couch.  Roo Roo will go to bed with you and lay with you all night until you get up.  However, at first he gets silly by rolling on his back and kicking his legs around until the lights go out in the bedroom and his Foster Mom and Dad are in bed.  He goes by the door when he needs to go bathroom and he goes quickly to come back inside.  He greets you and shows you how happy he is when you are home.

He will do best in a home with older children 11 or older as he is a calm dog and seems to prefer the quiet and calm.  As far as cats and dogs he likes them both and gets along with them.  When he has his food by him as he eats slower he does let the other animals know not to come near him when he’s eating by just making a little bark noise.   

Roo's adoption fee includes:Full veterinary exam, neuter, dental, prepaid microchip, dewormer, Rabies vaccine, Distemper combo vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: needs to be talked about 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
