Hi, my name is Tank and I am ready to be your snuggle buddy!  I arrived to Minnesota in early February, and it was no fun to spend my Valentine’s Day without a forever family.  I hope that my forever family comes along before the warm weather gets here!

I am house trained and kennel trained.  My foster family is so impressed by how well I do in my kennel!  I get along well with other dogs, and while I do not currently live with cats, I don’t think I would mind them.  I love all the people I have met so far and particularly love when I can cuddle with humans.  While I haven’t spent much time with children, as long as they were kind to me, I’d love to snuggle with them too!

My foster family is helping me learn some basic commands, and I am getting better at sit, down and stay.  Car rides are still new to me and I get nervous at first, but once we get moving, I settle down.  I don’t have a ton of energy, but I love going on walks!  My foster family says I do really well on the leash.  I will even sit patiently and wait for you to put on my leash!  

Since I haven’t had a home before, everything is so new to me.  Loud noises can sometimes startle me, and I am not quite sure how to play with toys yet.  I think I’ll figure it all out soon though.  Maybe you can help me?  What I know for sure is that the best life is lived while cuddling!
