Enki is now 4 months old, working hard on potty training. She is very curious and loves adventure. She enjoys going for rides in the car, especially if she ends up at a puppy play date, adoption event or doggie daycare where she can meet new friends and burn off her abundant energy. She does have some mild seasonal allergies.
Enki was born on national donut day, so she knows she is pretty special! She knows what she likes, and she likes to get her way! She is very active, and vocal, and wants to be engaging with people, other pets, and the outdoors all of the time. She is up for some cuddling and pets after she gets lots of exercise and stimulation and is sleepy. She sleeps in a large kennel, with a bed in back and potty pad in front, and can go 6 to 7 hours overnight without needing to potty. During the day she gets potty breaks every 2 to 3 hours, and needs them that often to not have accidents in the house. She does cry, howl, and bark if kenneled during the day, if she is not tired out from some vigorous activity.  She is learning to walk on a leash, and to sit, and is eager to come when called if she thinks it will amount to play time and a treat! She loves to play with other dogs, but is still learning how to listen to dog language. She would do best with another dog sibling, who would both play with her, and help her learn appropriate dog skills. Enki is smart, strong willed, fun, spirited and sweet- so would probably thrive best with a family that can meet her high energy needs, and commit to positive reinforcement puppy/dog training.
