Ebbie is the sweetest, 1 year old Border Collie mix mama. She has had a litter of puppies and is ready for the life of playing and lounging. She is potty trained, however has not let her foster family know when she has to go by whining or going to the door. If kept on a schedule she goes outside every time. Ebbie likes to chase wildlife such as the rabbits and squirrels in her foster homes yard so she needs to be on a leash or in a fenced yard. At first Ebbie is hesitant of new surroundings, but opens up quickly when there are children or other dogs! She has not shown any aggression when she is unsure of new places or people. Ebbie is in a home with rambunctious young boys and a playful dog and loves it. It did take her a day to warm up to playing with the resident dog. If she has had enough she lays on a dog bed or on the couch and snoozes. She isn't a fan of car rides, but who can blame her after coming all the way from Kentucky.  Ebbie is kenneled when her foster family is gone and does very well.  She has let us know when someone is coming to our door with the quietest bark.  We are working on basic commands and manners, but is a smart pup and will learn quickly. Ebbie is the best foster dog! You'll be lucky to have her as apart of your family. 

Ebbie's adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, spay, flea and tick preventive,(seasonal) heartworm preventive (seasonal) pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $395.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
