Hi, my name is Sandy and I am labradoodle. My hair is a little crazy but it doesn't shed much if any at all! I love people and cuddling! I also like to play with other dogs big and small. I am learning how to tell my foster family when I have to go potty. Most of the time they pay attention but sometimes they miss my little signs. My foster mom says that its a work in progress for all of us. You see I came at the end of September with my sister to stay with her until we find our forever homes. I wish that my sister and I could go together because I look out for her but, my foster mom says that if we cant we will be fine because NDLB will make sure that we both go to loving homes. I like to chew on stuffed animals, bones, rubber balls, and my foster moms shoe. I know I am not suppose to but it looks like one of my toys. I love to lay on the couch next to my foster dad and watch TV. I try to lay as close to him as I can because I just love cuddles! I like to go for walks too but I hate when they put the leash on my collar! Thank to my foster mom she bough me a harness and I like that much better. I still try to eat the leash but I know that I have to have it on, I'm just playing. I don't stray far from my foster family and I always make sure I come when they call me. I don't like to be locked in my crate! I will stay in it when they go to work but I do cry. I sleep on the floor of my foster moms bedroom with my sister and my foster brothers and sisters. I sleep all night and don't potty on the floor. I just learned how to go down the stairs but I really don't like to. Sandy is a very good girl! She is a little standoffish at first but warms up to people pretty quickly. Sandy is very good at listening and coming when you call her name. She is not a big fan of loud noises and will try to hide. Sandy loves to play with other dogs big and small and is very gentle when they are smaller. She is great around kids! She doesn't jump on them. I do not know what her life was like before she came to me but she and her sister are both afraid of going in and out of the house. Sandy is better about it but she will still at times just freeze up and it takes some gentle coaching to get her inside. Sandy also is not a fan of the crate. We only put her in her crate when we are at work. At night she sleeps on our bedroom floor without any problems. I thinks Sandy will be an awesome dog for just about anybody! She is very eager to please and loves to snuggle. Her hair is a little wild but she doesn't shed! If you have any questions please feel free to ask! I will also send a video of her if you request it. Thank you for looking a rescue dog they truly do make the best companions!
