Hi! My name is Garbanzo, or Garby for short. I’m a 12-14 week old boy boxer mix. Right now I weigh 18lbs, and my foster mom says I have the silky boxer fur and a thin boxer body. I’m working hard on potty training and usually go as soon as I get outside. I sleep in a kennel at night and when my foster family isn’t home. In my foster home there’s another dog, we love to play, there’s 2 cats and they don’t play so I ignore them. They also have a bunch of kids, I am learning to be respectful of them but I really love to play with them!!!  
I love chewing on bones and toys, playing tug of war is my favorite, and the kids are teaching me to fetch a ball.m but I usually just bring it to my bed to chew on. I love being with people and follow them everywhere! After I’m done playing I like to curl up on a lap and take a nap. I love to cuddle and try to sleep on the beds with the kids that live here. I do great in the car, and I’m learning to walk on a leash. 
Garbanzo is from Kentucky and was originally an unwanted Christmas present, he ended up in a crowded shelter where NDLB had him transported up to Minnesota. He’s a bit confused by all the snow, but excited to find his forever home here in the bold north!
