"Frank is a big lover and has the cutest low old man bark you have ever heard! We burst out with laughter every time he barks/coos because you cannot believe the deep alto singing voice that erupts out of this tiny dachshund. Frank is so soft, he sits on my lap for pets every morning while I drink my coffee and check emails on my phone. He will give and give and GIVE you his love. He wants to lick your face or hands but a simple no and he knows that he must reserve his kisses for later. He gets along excellently with our two dachshunds, ages 5 and 11. They play, clean each other's ears, snuggle, and share the beds and toys together. Frank is 8/9 years old but acts like a 5-year-old dachshund, spunky at playtime but enjoys a good long afternoon nap. He is potty and food trained, he likes to lead you to the treat jar multiple times a day just in case the humans are feeling generous (we often are at this house)! We met Frank's former owner who had to let him go because Frank was attached to her work from home ex-husband and he was depressed when the marriage dissolved and he was crated during the day. But over here Frank loves both my husband and myself - in fact, probably me a little more ;) 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
