Hi, I'm Flash! I came to Minnesota from Kentucky with my 3 siblings. I currently weigh around 20 pounds. I am still a puppy so I love to play, but I also love to curl up on the couch and take a nap. I am pretty good at playing with my toys and I try to stay out of trouble. 

I currently live with my foster parents, my canine foster sister, and two feline foster sisters. I REALLY love my foster parents, especially my foster mom! I like to follow her around and always make sure I keep my eye on her. My canine foster sister is much bigger than me (50 pounds bigger). At first she kind of intimidated me, but now we are best friends! She has been teaching me boundaries and how to respectfully interact with other dogs. I also don't mind the cats that live with us. They aren't very interested in me so I mostly ignore them. I don't live with any kids, but I have met a couple and I think they are pretty great.

I am crate trained and at night I will sleep in my crate in my foster parent's room without a peep. When my foster parents leave for work, they have me stay in my crate. I get sad that I can't go with them and I make sure to vocalize my feelings. I do calm down after they leave the house, but a home with shared walls may be a challenge for me.

I am doing really well with potty training and 95% of the time I am accident free! I know basic obedience and I am working on refining my skills every day! I am good at walking on a leash and I love going for car rides! My foster mom says I am such a sweet boy and that the perfect family is out there looking for me!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00   

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
