My name is Patches and I hitched a ride here all the way from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, compliments of Mutt Mutt Engine! My mom was rescued from the streets in Mexico and gave birth to me and my siblings in a local rescue. I am a 4 month old, spayed, 13 pound, terrier mix. I may be a bit shy at first, because everything is so new to me here, but I warm up quickly. 

 

In my foster home I live with 2 big resident fur brothers and one puppy foster brother. I love to play with my brother - we run through the yard and steal each other's toys. Like any puppy, sometimes I get into mischief (usually my brother starts it!), but I know what no means and come when I'm called. I'm getting really good at this potty training thing, but I don't really like the leash much. At night, my brother and I snuggle together in the same kennel and sleep all night long without a peep! The big dogs scared me at first, but now when I see them I run up to them and give them TONS of kisses! My brother Sawyer likes it, but I'm not so sure about the old guy Bart - sometimes he grumbles at me :(

 

Did I mention I like to snuggle and give kisses? I like to curl up like a cat on your lap, and there's no such thing as too close! I will lay my head right on your shoulder! I haven't met any kids yet, but I bet I'd like them as long as they gave me some space and time to warm up to them.

 

Mom says I can't stay here forever cuz there are always more dogs in need, so I guess that means I need to find a furever home. Maybe it's yours?

Adoption  fee  includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption  fee : $495.00
