Elon is not just any old husky, he is a Superhero Husky. Besides being superbly athletic, he is just the smartest boy. And unlike most of this mischievous breed, he loves to please his humans.

 
Elon is super well-mannered in the house, he kennel nicely, 100% housebroken and especially enjoys cuddling with his fave humans. He is pretty sure he is a lap dog.  But given the opportunity, Elon is delighted to show off anything that combines his superhero athleticism and mental prowess - whether that’s learning a new trick, or pulling his foster mom on a kicksled. Elon isn’t the chattiest of dudes, as long as he is exercised appropriately, he’s quiet enough to live in an apartment.  He is easygoing about nail-care, rides nicely in cars, and doesn’t chew things up. (Though fluffy toys sometimes spontaneously explode around him)
 
Now for the bad: 
Before coming into rescue, Elon got bored a lot and learned that causing trouble could be a lot of fun. For the most part, that behavior has gone away, but  Elon still struggles with how to act appropriately around other dogs and small critters. He is currently not able to go to a home with other dogs or cats. Because he is high energy, he can also be a hazard to small children when roughhousing . Let me repeat this. Elon cannot be in a home with young children. He does NOT know when to calm down after playing. Older, Respectful, children only.
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $425.00
