Kodak, or as my foster parents call me Koda had a rough start to life.  He lived with another male dog who he did not get along with so he can be hesitant around other male dogs but he absolutely loves his fur foster sister. He has not been tested around cats, and would do best in a family with older kids or no kids due to his sometimes rambunctious energy. His energy is medium to high and matches well with his current foster sister who he will chase around the backyard for hours, or they will chase squirrels together.  He is shy around new people and can take awhile to warm up in situations, he also has shown some apprehension towards men. He does love his foster dad though. He is house trained and has had no accidents since we have had him. We do not crate him as he has done amazing being left out while we are gone. At night he likes to snuggle up in bed to his foster mom and dad and burrow under the blankets.   He does well on a leash with only some minor pulling that is easily corrected.  He rides great in a car and his favorite thing to do is chase a laser light beam around his foster parents living room.   

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $385.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
