Re has an awesome personality! Although we can’t imagine he knows his name already, Rex eagerly runs to his children housemates with his tail wagging when they excitedly call him. He’s quick to play with humans, but he’s not quite sure about these bigger dogs that want to play with him… He’s seen the resident cats once or twice and was a little curious and cautiously approached one, but then decided against it when he was a few feet away. Rex is still working on his house-training and crate-training. His first night he was a little lonely in the crate, but eventually was quiet and slept through the night, when the kids let him out of his crate and brought him outside in the morning, he went potty right away, with no accidents in his crate during the night. He was disappointed when the had to go to school in the morning, and crying that his playmates left. He loves human interaction!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $750.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
