Rocket, or Rocky as his foster family also calls him, is an extremely happy, friendly boy that just wants to be loved. He sleeps peacefully in his crate all night, and when his foster family comes to let him out in the morning, his happy tail creates music on the sides of his crate. He is content to lay in there during the day when he just wants to rest somewhere cozy. His foster family tells him he can't lounge on the couch, and he's so easy - going, he doesn't mind. He was quick to get along with everyone in the house, including 2 other dogs, 2 cats, and 4 grade-school-aged kids. Beyond the normal commotion of the house, they've had over 20 people in their small house and he was relaxed, and happy to see everyone. He's house - trained, knows his manners, doesn't jump, and instead when he'd like your attention, he'll wag his tail, approach you, and then sit nice, waiting to be acknowledged. If you happen to come to the floor to say hi, he's happy to lean in for some hugs. He doesn't have much to say, unless someone is approaching the house, then his deep bark will notify you someone is coming. Not only does he know his manners in the house, but he also walks well on a leash out and about. He's a fairly laid-back guy, looking to you for lead, and eager to go with the flow.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $425.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
