Adagio (Gio) is a a sweet, calm, sometimes timid, male 13 week old Springer/Border Collie mix.  He currently weighs 14 pounds, and as you can see from most of his photos, enjoys naps on his back.  He is playful, loves other dogs, listens well to his name, the word NO, and is learning how to be a house puppy.  He is quickly potty training, using a treat to reward potty outside, but also knows to go to the door & give warning, most of the time.  Gio does not love his kennel yet, but we are working on that for short periods of time.  He will attach quickly to his adopting family, sleeps for 7-8 hours snuggled with his humans without wandering and is super affectionate.  He loves fluffy toys, especially those that squeak and will spend alot of time on bones, or chewy distractions.  He has been a very easy puppy, and should adapt well to most any home. Smart & loving, and looking for his fur-ever home!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
