Lex is a 30 pound anatolian shepherd mix, he loves cats, other dogs and his foster parents. The first few days in his temporary home were difficult for him and his brother because they were so unsure of their surroundings. After a little bit of cajoling, Lex has come out of his shell and is proving to be a lovable, outgoing and playful puppy! Because of the nature of his breed, he is naturally protective of his family and very reserved towards strangers. His foster family is overjoyed to admit that Lex is amazing with house training and picks up on commands without issue. He is kennel trained and sleeps through the night without accidents. If you would like to meet Lex, please set up a meet and greet for an extended period- to get to know him and to allow him to come out of his shell. We are confident, with a little time and commitment, Lex will become the perfect companion.  

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: 550.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
