Hello! My name is Beatrix Potter. My fosters call me Beatie and Trixie.

I’m approximately 3 months old and if I say so myself, quite adorable.

They say I’m a yellow lab mix.

I recently travelled here from Kentucky.

When I first arrived, I was quite timid, but I’ve quickly warmed to my foster family, which includes kids big and small.

Like most puppies, I’m very curious and love to play.  

I’m not potty trained, but my foster family are working hard on helping me. The weather here is pretty chilly so it’s taking some adapting too.

I’m slowly acclimating to my crate and now sleep inside it, but prefer to have the doors open (probably because of said potty issue…)

I like playing with my toys and chewing on things, including plants.

I haven’t been exposed to other pets or animals yet so I’m not sure how I’ll do with them.

My family has taken me outside and I’m fine on a leash. Because I’m a puppy though, I haven’t gone out of the yard yet, but I’m sure I’ll do fine once I can explore more.

I like a lot of attention and will follow my owners around. Last but not least, I live to cuddle. 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
