Hello, my name is actually Cora but my foster mommy calls me Phineas.  Someone thought I was a girl when I was born but I’m a boy.  I was born in Kentucky on  5/12/20.  I am very small.  My Mama is a Min Pin but not sure what my daddy was.  I am not going to be a very big boy even full grown.  I love to be held and my tummy rubbed.  I like to chew on bones and play with my toys.  I am looking for my forever home and someones to spoil me forever.  Will you come visit me and fall in love?  

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00
