Hi, I’m Olga and I was born approximately 7/2014. I’ve had a rough life so far. I was used purely for breeding and was not granted attention or affection. Lucky for me, I was picked up my rescue in mid July. I’m slowly learning what it means to be a dog and that people aren’t so scary.
I like to follow my foster mom around the house and yard. I walk up to her for affection. I just learned that being pet is great and now I’m a big fan of it. I like to sleep on dog beds and will jump on the couch next to you to snuggle.
I love exploring the yard and sniffing all the plants and the other dogs. The big dogs in my foster home try to play with me sometimes but I haven’t figured out if that’s a good thing yet. I love to run around the yard chasing the big fosters in my house. I can’t quite keep up with how fast they are, but i keep trying.
I get most excited when I meet other dogs close to my size. I love my sister Inga and seek her out for affection and security. We take turns licking each other and love to snuggle. We’ve lived a rough life together and having her near me, makes me feel safe. This being said, WE ARE A BONDED PAIR - NEED TO BE ADOPTED TOGETHER!
I’m pretty mellow and spend a lot of my time napping and basking in the sun or shade. I’m not picky about where I nap, but I prefer to nap somewhere near you. After a long nap I like to stretch out each limb separately.
I’m pretty quiet but will bark in the morning when I have to go outside to use nature’s facilities or when I want to come back inside. For the most part, I like to use the outdoor bathroom but have a couple accidents from time to time. It’s my first time in a house, so I’m still learning. Sometimes I bark when the other dogs are running full speed or playing loudly. Other than that, I’m pretty quiet.
I am not so sure about these leashes. They scared me the first time I had one on. My foster mom is waiting for me to get more comfortable before we try that again.
