Marv is a playful puppy who loves playing with his foster dog brother. He understands the words ‘no’ and ‘drop’. He knows to go to the bathroom outside and will whine when he needs to go out. He’s attentive and wants to learn. He wants to be by his people and snuggle but is also independent and can play on his own!
