Hello and fluffy tail wags from Xavier, a 9-month old 26-pound Keeshond mix. Xavier is quite the happy-go-lucky guy that wears a smile on his face often! Pardon his adorable cone head, he is recovering from extensive wounds on his back possibly due to a reaction from bad topical flea/tick medicine, but it doesn't keep his puppy energy down and is recovering well! His thick coat will likely cover any scars once it grows back from being shaved. Xavier loves to be a sweet little shadow at the feet of the 2 legged residents and entices the older 4-legged doggos to engage with his playful demeanor. He is still a puppy, and does get very excited around energetic younger children and will chase anything that runs from him (cats included) because it seems so fun! Xavier is housetrained and does very well on a regular schedule, but doesn't really alert you when he has to go out. He hangs quietly in his kennel at night (unless something disturbs him) and for some quiet time during the day. When he's not playing fetch with stuffed animals, romping the perimeter of the fenced yard, working on leash training, or squirrel and bird watching, he's so content to give and receive snuggles and adorn you with soft kisses- especially if you rub behind his fuzzy ears!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:$550.00
