Hello my name is Kenneth. I have quite a bit of energy. I love people and kids. I get along with other dogs, as long as I'm the only boy in the house. I can have sisters, but no brothers. I do not get along with the little fur ball my foster family calls a cat. I would like to eat it for a snack. I am house trained and kennel trained. I am not a huge fan of my kennel but will go in if I have to.  My favorite thing to do when I can get out of my kennel, is to go find the toy bin and grab all the chew toys out and lay down and chew on them. Then, when I get bored of that one, I leave it and go get another one. I also love to play fetch outside! Sometimes, I even play ball all by myself. My other favorite pastime is drinking water! Like a typical Lab, I love to drink the whole bowl! I also love to lay next to my foster Mama's chair and take a nap. I love to be pet and scratched behind the ears. I also love food! I am still working on my manners when the family is eating to not stick my nose into the little peoples plates. I came into rescue from a South Carolina shelter. I was returned to the shelter after having a home for a short time. When I came back to the shelter, I was put into a car and driven up to Minnesota, but this cold doesn't bother me. I made my adventure up to Minnesota, I already knew how to sit, and lay down. I have not once jumped up on the little people, or the big people, that wander my foster house. I am a very happy boy. I have a lot of love to give and a long life to give it still! Would you give me a chance to be your best friend?  Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $200.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
