Thantos is a Yorkshire Terrier born approx 1/1/2013. He is the sweetest little guy ever.  He loves to sit with you and be held.  I currently work from home 4 days/week and Thantos loves to sit with me and nap on me while I work.  He loves a good chest/belly rub.  He gets along with my other 4 dogs and my 1 other foster besides himself.  He doesn’t pay attention to my 2 cats.  He watches TV and barks at it sometimes.  He goes potty outside.  He did mark when first coming to my home, but now not so much. I do use belly bands with him for now until he gets more adjusted. He will be neutered before adoption also which may help. He doesn’t love being in a crate or when I put up a baby gate in my bathroom.  If he knows you are home, he wants to be with you. I do not have kids so do not know how he would be around them.  He is small, 6 lbs upon arrival, so care will need to be taken if there are small kids around. He definitely prefers sleeping with his person/people.  He doesn’t like the leash very much.  He prefers to wander freely in my fenced-in backyard.  I am sure with time he would get used to a leash.  He likes to sniff my eyeballs and tried to lick them.  Goofy boy.  I have to say I am falling in love with this little guy, but he is a bit to small for my house.  He handles himself well with my bigger dogs and is not afraid of them.  He tried to play with some smaller toys I have, but really prefers to be with his person.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, dental, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $375.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
