Hi, my name's Harry! I am a 6 month old collie mix. I'm a giant sweetheart and really playful once I get to know you, but I take a minute to come out of my shell. I'm not completely house trained, but I'm so close! I'm learning quickly and getting better every day. I don't mind my kennel and will sleep in it without any problems, but if you leave me in my kennel while going out during the day I'll whine about it. Loud noises are really scary, and I'll either freeze or run from them. I'm pretty timid with new places, but become a lot more confident once I become more familiar with where I am. Walks along a familiar path are great, but exploring new places can sometimes be a bit overwhelming - especially if there's a lot of noisy traffic. I absolutely love other dogs! As long as they're not barking at me, having another dog around can help me forget some of my worries when I'm feeling unsure. Not sure how I feel about cats, but kids are great as long as they are careful with my tail. Though I had broken my tail before coming to my current foster home, it seems to be mostly healed. Also, my current foster home doesn't have kids but its probably important to know that when I get riled up during playtime I forget myself and start to play bite, sometimes a little too hard. My foster Mom is trying to teach me to play a little nicer when I get excited. I love love love playing with toys! I'll have bursts of energy in the day where I get very playful, followed by needing a good nap. Car rides are a breeze, I like to just lay on the seat and relax.  For the most part I'm pretty quiet, though when it comes to people I can't see in the apartment hallway, well, I can't seem to help but bark at them.
