Yogi is such a LOVER! He just wants to give kisses, hugs, and cuddle, you can truly feel the love radiating off of him. He is so excited to see people, his whole body wiggles! He is very curious, but not mischievous. He likes to smell everything inside and outside, but he doesn't seem to have any destructive behavior. He only chews on his own toys/bones. Because he desires love and touch, he likes sitting and sleeping close to his human, but he is working on sleeping in his own bed - it will need more work if that is desired. He does have some separation anxiety, so he will need help with crate training, however he does seem to do well with free roam (when someone is home). Current owner works from home, so he will need some training if family is going to be gone for long spans of time. He just needs to know you won't leave him forever! He will need leash training - he likes to pull, and zig zag, he is working on it, and is showing a lot of potential. He has a healthy amount of energy, he is definitely a young dog, but he also enjoys napping/relaxing. He should have a big fenced yard to run around, he loves going outside, always looking for the door to open. He doesn't bark a ton. He LOVES children, and other dogs (not cats), he would make a great fit for a family with children and/or a docile dog playmate. He is working on social cues, and word association. He can sit, and lay down, still learning not to jump up (but catching on quickly), and learning the words for his toys, outside, bones, etc. He is house trained, he has had zero accidents, but he doesn't know the social cue for outside, so having a consistent potty schedule is key. He does really well in the car, the first few minutes he is just looking at everything, but then in no time he is laying down, enjoying the ride! Overall he is just the sweetest dog! He will make the greatest addition to any family!
