Hi, my name is Kaydee and I am a 2 yr old, pretty little southern gal from Kentucky. I like stuffed toys, long walks around the park, and world peace!

I arrived a few weeks ago, just in time to spend the holidays here in lovely MN and am excited to see my first snow! So far my favorite part has been going hiking/walking on the trails with my Mom and foster brother. I am getting pretty good at this walking on a leash thing although I sometimes try to play with the leash if you stop at a stop sign or I think you are going to slow.

I am really excited to meet anyone and everyone, although slower introductions seem to work best as I can get a little overwhelmed. I promise I warm up quickly and then we can play and you can give me treats and pets. It will be so great! I am good with all adults and probably kids although I haven't met any here yet due to this COVID thing people keep talking about. I like other dogs but I can be a little bossy, and my Mom was warned that cats might not be my thing, although I met a neighbor cat for a few minutes and things were fine.

My mom says I am a barker outside and a lover inside. Quite literally I bark at lots of things outside and inside I want to give you nothing but love and attention. The barking is probably just because everything is so new right now and let's face it, it is dark like ALL the time here and that can be scary. As for the love part, let's just say I will make a great pandemic partner and you will never feel lonely again!

I know how to sit, and we are working on come, down, and not jumping. I understand that a lady does her business outside, but it's always good to keep to a schedule. I sleep quietly in my crate at night and when mom is working in the other room, although I need a little motivation to get me in there. I LOVE treats and to chew on bones. I have a slight obsession with shoes, but what girl doesn't?--Don't worry my mom has me working on it.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:  $475.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
