Hello, my name is Champ and I am 2 years old. I am a cuddly, sweet and playful dog. I love attention and playing. I get along with cats. I do chase the cat when it runs away and then it always comes back for me to chase it again and wrestle on the floor with it. I also get along with most other dogs. I will bark at new people, but I will get use to them. I do like to put things in my mouth. When I first meet a new person, I am pretty shy, but once I warm up, I am a ball of sunshine! I don't mind my kennel, but I would prefer to sleep with you on your bed. When I'm home alone during the day, I try to get out of my kennel, but I don't make a mess or chew. I might have 1 accident in the house when I do escape my kennel, but I should grow out of it. I am getting the hang of this going outside to use the bathroom. I realized when I touch the door with my nose, it gets the people in the house to get up and open it for me. The people tell me I am too smart for my own good. I've learned how to open the sliding doors to let myself back in the house! Although the people in the house don't like it. When I want to come in, to let the people inside know I'm ready, I run and take a big jump onto the door! That again, the people don't like and I get in trouble. The little person that helps take care of me and lets me sleep on her bed is 10. I love kids. I still have some puppy energy. I show interest in the toys that go through the air, but I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do. I am a protective dog. I protect the house and when someone comes into my room. I just bark. I haven't bitten anyone as of yet. I have a lot of love to give! Would you want my love?
