Hi everyone! I'm Leroy. I came all the way from Texas to find my furever family. I am a border collie/lab mix and they believe I am around 2 years old. I still have a lot of puppy energy and love to play. I especially love to play tug of war with my foster brothers. I am house broken and also crate trained. As I am very active, I would do best with a fenced in yard, or someone that is able to take me on long walks to wear me out. I do pull a lot, so a harness or anti-pull collar is best.
 
I know how to sit, and I am working on laying down and shaking. I am very treat oriented and learn really fast. I love to go for car rides any chance I get and will sit by the door if I know you're going somewhere. I also love to play in the water but I only swim a little bit.
 
I am dog friendly, but I can get a little nervous when I am in my crate and may growl if another dog comes near. Foster mom gives me a toy with peanut butter in it and I am golden. I also love this toy at night when it's time for bed. 
 
Per the border collie in me, I attach to one person and get really excited if I don't see you for a while. I love to cuddle and give kisses. Otherwise, I am typically nearby laying on the floor. I also have the herding instinct and can be a little mouthy, but I don't bite. It's more my way of saying, "come on, let's go".
