Hi ya!  My name is Tiny.  I don’t know why they call me that.  I weigh 12 whole pounds!  I might even gain a pound or 2!  I'm listed as a chihuahua/dachshund but my foster family thinks might have some Miniature Pinscher mixed in too so who knows.

The lady (that’s what I call my foster mom) says I am missing my front teeth.   She says that’s kind of odd because all of my other teeth look fine.  It doesn’t bother me much.  I do like it when she puts the yummy chicken broth in my food, to soften it, though. 

I really like it here.  The resident dogs don’t pay much attention to me and that’s fine.  I don’t pay much attention to them either.   I think I would like to play with the guy that’s about my size later.  But for now I really like the people.   I love to sit next to someone on the sofa or a fluffy little bed, on the floor, next to you. 

I sleep in my crate at night but I get kind of lonely and sometimes it takes me a little while to settle down.  If you want to skip the crate and share your bed with me that would be great.  I might like a nice bed of my own next to yours too.

I’m really good at walking on a leash!  I always do my business on walks or when you let me out in the yard on a leash.  The lady said I might be a good apartment dog because I don’t have to go out very often and never have accidents in the house.  My activity level is pretty low but I am learning to play with toys. 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $575.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
