Hi! My name is Koda. Here are some great things about me!!! I am a sweet, friendly and cuddly girl! They say I am a Husky mix- but don't let that stop you... I am so calm and gentle. I would rather cuddle up and take a nap then use my husky tactics for.... mischief. I am around 8 1/2 years old. I love going on walks! I walk like such a lady. I am also fully potty trained! NO accidents yet! I am ok in my crate- I have a tiny bit of separation anxiety. I will howl for a bit when you leave, so shared walls wouldn't be best. My foster mom has let me roam freely and I have been on my best behavior every time! If you let me sleep in bed, there are no problems! I cuddle up on my bed and sleep like a good girl all night! I do like to dig in the trash- so make sure to hide that. I live with 2 other dogs, 3 cats and 3 little kids and I am doing wonderful with all of them!! (I don't even look at the cats!!) A kid savvy home would be good, I don't like to have kids jumping on me. Kids 8 plus would be best. I love to go on car rides! I do need some assistance getting in though. I don't play with toys but I love treats and bones! I am a little picky with food- so you may have to try a few but right now I am liking salmon based foods! I have bounced around a bit before coming into foster care so some of that may play a part in my anxiety but my mom promises that it isn't bad AT ALL- she would tell you... trust me! I think a lot of love and humans who are home with me a lot will make most of that go away! I would REALLY prefer if my furever family had someone who is home all day, it really does make me the happiest girl getting to be with my humans. I would also prefer a calm/low key 4 legged sibling as I am an older gal who prefers the calm and quiet. I am much more a people person than a dog person- I follow my foster mom EVERYWHERE (she calls me a velcro dog) I am just trying to find a nice home to live the rest of my best life!
