Hecate is an energetic and loving 4 month old retriever mix pup. She loves being right next to her humans and loves for them to cuddle with her. She gets along well with the resident dog, who is a male black lab but has not gotten along with other dogs she's come into contact with.  She just became interested in chasing the resident cat also so a home where she'll be the only pet will be her best option. 
 
She knows how to sit on command. She's learning "leave it" and "come". She's also still potty training but doing well in that area, and she is learning how to walk on a leash. 
 
She's kenneled when we leave the house and does well, barks for just a few minutes due to separation anxiety but then will quiet down and sleep happily in the kennel. 
 
Hecate has been around kids as young as age 4, she does well and is gentle with them. She loves to run in an open yard, so a fenced-in yard is a must. She loves jumping, climbing, and running and will enjoy an active family.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00
