So far Jolene has shown that she is very sweet & calm.  She paced in the yard for about a week, looking for an escape route, but since she was living independently until now, that wasn't a surprise.  She has settled in really quickly, sleeping on the couch, and learning how to play with toys & a very playful Rottweiler foster sister.  She LOVES her humans & I believe would be great with any age or size person.  She has not been exposed to cats but really loves to try to catch squirrels & other critters that run away from her.  She is nervous in the car & needs a tether for sure.  We are working on getting some weight on her, as she is healthy but very thin.  I think she is going to be the nicest family dog & cannot wait for her to experience all of life's pleasures, after being such a young great mama!
