Say hello to smiley Ms. Emma, an 8 month old spayed female yellow lab/shepherd mix weighing in at a very nice 40 lbs. As you can see in her pics, she’s almost always flashing a smile and truly is the embodiment of a happy-go-lucky dog. So far Emma’s ONLY bad habit is jumping up on adults (sadly even with continued training), but truly only because she wants to love on them. She surprisingly has not jumped up on a child (I think because they are at her level), so would likely be an awesome family dog. She gets the silliest and speediest “zoomies” in the yard, so one with a fence where she could run would be great, or very regular exercise. Emma is very friendly with the foster resident dogs all the other dogs she’s ever met, and thinks cats are interesting but hardly gives them the time of day. Most of the time she needs to be coaxed in her kennel, but settles right in when people aren’t home. She sleeps well in her kennel at night and will only whine if she needs to go potty. Just wait until you look into her sweet brown eyes and pet her thick, soft ears-be ready for some kisses!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00
