Meet Homer!! He is a 1 year old, 26 lb. Basset mix with the MOST LOVABLE PERSONALITY :)! Homer is the dog that will lay on your lap when you watch TV or read (best cuddle partner!). He's the dog that will want to play fetch in the backyard but stops in his tracks a time or two to sniff around a bit (that beagle nose of his is quite strong) and then ends up getting side tracked!:) 

He absolutely loves all dogs and people. Especially children!! His favorite thing to do is play tug of war with his toys. He LOVES his toys :)
 
He knows how to sit and is getting the hang of potty training! :) He doesn't like being in his kennel and would prefer to cozy up next to you in bed at night and fall asleep by your side :) We are working on walking with a leash but as the pup he is he definitely can be a little stubborn and wants to go go go!! 
Words cannot express though how much of a LOVE BUG Homer is! He would be absolutely perfect for a family with children that he would be able to play with or a family that is active and can take him on lots of walks:) 
Christmas is right around the corner and Homer is definitely that amazing gift you've been waiting for :)!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00
