Hi! My name is Bambi. I am a dachshund mix born approx. 2/24/21 and weigh 23 lbs.
I'm only shy at first, but able to warm up to you and once you get to know me you will see what a lovable and playful dog I am. I hardly ever bark and have never been mean towards anyone. I’ve recently got introduced to these furry creatures aka cats…and I seem comfortable and playful around them, but need reminders to be more gentle.
Playing with my owner and other dogs, wrestling with rope toys and chewing on bones are my favorite things to do. I looooove attention! My foster mom is very proud of me for doing such a great job with potty training. I am almost there!
If you let me, I love cuddling in bed next to my owners or in your lap. I'm hoping to find a family that will adopt me and make them happy. Since I’m still a young pup I like to explore my environment and do get into things if they are within my reach but it's hard to stay mad at me once you look into my doe eyes, your heart will melt. Please consider me for adoption.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
