Hi there I’m Bear! I’ve been told I must have been named Bear because I’m such a Little Bear or Honey Bear. I was born around 4/24/21 so I’m still a puppy. I’m still small enough to curl up in your lap for snuggles but big enough to go for a jog with you too! My foster family guesses that I’ll be around 30# when fully grown. I love exploring outside - so many things to sniff - and when I run thru high grasses I bound like a bunny. Inside I’m pretty happy to sleep on a soft spot or play with toys. I’m still learning what things are ok for me to play with and which aren’t (shoes I guess are on the no list, bummer as I like the laces). My foster family says I’m doing great with potty training! I scratch at the door or come find someone when I need to be let out. If that doesn’t work, I go on one of those pee pad things. I happily sleep in my kennel at night but I don’t love going in it during the day. I make sure to tell my foster family this with little yips but I’ve been told I’ll get used to it as “we are working on crate training”. I love people of all ages. Grandparents with canes don’t scare me and I don’t jump up on toddlers. I like playing with other dogs too. My sister Brownie and I had a rough start but NDLB has gotten us all healthy. I’m a happy go lucky pup looking for my forever family! Could that be you?
