Hi! I'm Tansey- I was born approx. 4/1/21 and came all the way from Mexico. They aren't quite sure on the breed but they are guessing a whippet mix. Either way, I'm sweet and silly and pretty darn smart. I’m learning so much! Especially if treats are involved! 

Right now I'm living with 3 resident dogs and one is just a little older than me. We're becoming great friends and love to wrestle and play! I’m a little much for the older ones though. They don’t appreciate my puppy energy! I also live with 2 cats that I'm curious about and follow around the house. Sometimes I do jump on them or chase them but I’m only trying to get them to play. 

I'm working on house training and doing pretty good as long as I’m taken outside frequently. That also gives me a chance to burn off some puppy energy! I never mess in my kennel though and sleep in it at night and for naps. Sometimes I protest a bit but settle in quickly. 

One of my biggest challenges is I love to chew on things I shouldn’t. Especially things like sticks and rocks and plants that could hurt me. I require a lot of direct supervision and attention b ut I’m a lot of fun and it’s easy to fall in love with me! I'm looking for my forever home. Will you give me a chance?

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue.   Adoption fee: $595

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
