Tulip is such a sweet, sweet girl born approx. 8/1/20 and 13 lbs. She loves everyone she meets and shows it by trying to get as close as possible to you. She loves to snuggle but will not give kisses. She puts her face right by yours but just nuzzles you…so cute!

Tulip does great with our 65 lb puppy and stays away from our 11 year old crabby little dog. She’s timid when meeting other dogs but warms up quickly and wants to play. We are not sure about cats but she saw the neighbors chickens and seemed curious but not overly interested. 

Tulip loves to be outside and would do best with a fenced yard…she’s fast and loves to run. She’s learning to come when called but will need continued work on this. She walks well on a leash.

Tulip would prefer not to be in her kennel but is starting to spend more time in there without barking. She's been working on potty training and getting better every day.

She’s friendly with people of all sizes but seems a little nervous when small children crowd her. She’s not aggressive but her tail goes between her legs. She also likes to play bite/nibble your hands when playing. And if she wants your attention she gently pats your face with her paws. 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
