He’s a stunningly handsome Red Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix (think poodle). Kevin is a sweet and shy Breeder Release dog. He is very, very scared and nervous at first and takes a while to warm up to new things. He has been terribly neglected and will need a patient friend to devote lots of time, gentle training, and love. In return you will get the best puppy ever. We don’t have children but I do not think Kevin will do well in a home with little kids because he’s afraid is loud noises and things that grab him or grab at him. He is fascinated with with the chaos that happens regularly between my 2 resident dogs and our one other foster but he’s yet to engage or play with them yet. He pretty uninterested in toys, walks, and playtime but as he warms up, I know there’s fun puppy in him and he will enjoy it in time.
His favorite things are doggie food and his blanket because he loves cuddling up in it. He will make a wonderful buddy, he just needs a patient, quiet, kind, and strong human to show him the way to happiness.
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $425.00
