Hello! My name is Emma, though I don't quite know that yet. I'm a 28 pound, 5 year old beagle! I had a rough start to life but I'm slowly adjusting to life as a spoiled house dog. 

My likes include chicken (canned chicken is the best), laying in bed all day and snoring, and belly rubs. I also enjoy snuffling around in the yard and exploring. I am working on potty training but I have made great improvements in a short time! I like to do things in my own time (what beagle doesn't), so it may take me a minute to realize you want me to do something. Humans are a little scary to me, but I really want to trust you and I am so sweet! If you give me some time and patience, I will be the best girl! 

I LOVE other dogs. I would love to live with another dog who can show me how to be a house dog and help me build my confidence. I also like kids! There are some kitty cats in my house but they don't like me, so I also don't know how I feel about them yet. 

I would love to live with you and another doggy friend; would you please give me a chance? And a pup cup?
