Eric is a male goldendoodle puppy approximately four months old and weighing in at 35 pounds.  He is white with streaks of light-brown around his back and ears.  Eric is a very relaxed and gentle dog with a happy disposition/temperament.  He meets new people easily, without anxiety, fear, or jumping up on them.  He will come to you for pets/scritches if you are sitting or down on his level.  He loves affection and also enjoys getting brushed.

Eric gets along well with our residential dog, though he does prefer the treat the other dog is eating to the one being offered to him.  He enjoys regular bouts of chasing our other dog back and forth across the yard.  Eric does well on car rides and enjoys energetic romps in the backyard, and going on long, sniffing-filled walks. 

Eric is still working through transitioning through new doorways.  He needs friendly encouragement from the humans or our other dog to go into another room or outside.  This improves over time as he becomes more familiar with the space.  He is also still learning to navigate stairs, but practice is bringing familiarity and ease with this as well.  He likes it when you go down the stairs with him to show it’s okay.

Eric is mostly housetrained, with the occasional incident.  We are working on bell-training but in the meantime are taking him outside often and heaping tons of praise on him for a great potty!  He generally sleeps through the night on our bedroom floor with no issues.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $950.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
