This is Adam! He is a golden retriever around 5-6 months old and 33 lbs. From the short time I've gotten to know him, I can tell he's been through a lot in his life. House training is a work in progress but he's doing very well. He really dislikes being in his kennel and will howl or bark. Which is understandable knowing he's lived in his kennel since he's been born. Adam LOVES his toys and playing fetch. When we take him out to go to the bathroom he likes to grab the leash and help walk himself. At night he sleeps in bed with me(so the house gets sleep) and he sleeps through the night. He was fearful of my fast moving, yelling kids (3,5) but now enjoys their presence and likes the fact that they play a lot of fetch. For the first couple days Adam would submissive pee and now he's doing better. He also finds confidence from my dogs and likes to follow them around. He takes a little bit to warm up and trust people but when he gets there, he's the happiest boy.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $950.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
