Jasper is a 50 pound about 1-2 year old husky mix. Jasper loves to snuggle and gives LOTS of kisses. His foster parents are working on “no lick.” He does have the habit of jumping on you to get as close to your face as he can. He just can’t help to love on you. His foster parents are working on this habit as well. Jasper loves walks, does really well on a leash, and doesn’t get distracted very easily. A squirrel can grab his attention quickly though.  He attracts kids that would like to pet him while out on walks. He is working on basic commands such as sit, down, off, kennel, shake, and speak. He is kennel trained especially when he sees that a treat is involved. Jasper has not had any accidents in the house or his kennel. Jasper would do better with elementary or older kids that can handle his enthusiasm. Jasper is great in the car; he just lays down and enjoys the ride. Jasper is a very loving, sweet boy with a very mellow disposition. He will make a great addition to his furever home. 

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
