Addy is GORGEOUS! She is a GSD/Husky mix with the softest coat I have ever seen. She is as sweet as can be. She is about 32 lbs, a wonderful medium size born approx. 4/12/21. She loves to snuggle, especially if it involves a soft blanket. Addy came to rescue after running wild on a reservation. She is acclimating to living in a house with all the strange sounds. She has a medium amount of energy and loves to chase her ball and chew on bones. She is a fast learner. She goes to the door and rings the bell when she needs to go out. She sits quietly and waits for me to get her tie out on her. Once out she does her business and then sits and watches the neighborhood. At meal times, she sits quietly and waits for you to put her bowl down and give her permission to eat. She loves people once she sees that I am ok with them. Addy plays with my 4 year old grandsons and they enjoy her. She is a bit rough with them, but is learning to be gentle. She has not been around other dogs or cats in the last couple of weeks. We have only been on one car ride so far. She is a bit nervous in the car, but settles in after a bit. Addy would really enjoy a fenced yard and a family who loves to take walks. She is learning how to walk on a leash and does pretty well so far. At night she goes in her kennel and goes right to sleep. When it is time for me to go to work, about 5-6 hours, she gets a bit anxious and barks in her kennel for a bit, but then settles down. When I get home she gets very excited! We are working on settling down before getting out of the kennel. She will make a wonderful companion for anyone. Training will be easy, she loves rewards!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
