Looking for a sweetie pup to love up? Cady Cakes is for you! She's a 4 year old, 32 lb. basset hound mix who recently had puppies and is now looking for a home of her own. Lounging around and long naps are her favorite activities, along with back rolls on carpet. She absolutely LOVES standing on her back feet for back rubs. She’s comfy cuddling on the couch, chilling in her kennel or catching zzz’s at your feet. She also makes a great co-pilot on car trips. She may fuss at first but then dozes. Cady walks well on a leash, clipping along like she’s got somewhere to be. She is excellent at following a scent line across a park and takes care of her #1 and #2 business quickly, a valuable asset during extreme temperatures! Outside she needs to stay connected to a human since she might get skittish and sprint away. If she is spooked, she re-sets quickly. She warms quickly to small or same-sized dogs and cats too. She‘s quite shy especially around new humans, big dogs, and some, but not all loud sounds. Are you Cady’s protector? She’s happy, healthy and ready to live her best life with you!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $475.00
